My parcel is at the Post Office

To ensure that your parcel has been delivered safely, we need a signature. If this is not possible, then the driver will leave a card with the details of the local Post Office® where your parcel is being securely held for you to collect.

1.       You will be able to collect the parcel from the Post Office from the date/time left on the ‘we called to deliver/collect your parcel' card. You can check for the opening times of the Post Office using our Post Office finder. The parcel will be held at the post office for up to 16 calendar days.

2.       We will attempt a third delivery to your address free of charge if you request one, by calling on this number 03448 00 44 66. Please note that delivery could take up to 3 working days.

3.       If you want the parcel to be re-delivered to an alternative address then you can set this up by calling 03448 00 44 66. Please note that there will be a charge of £5.50 for this option and it can take up to 3 days for the parcel to be redelivered.

You will need to have to hand the ‘we called to deliver/collect your parcel' to be able to complete all of the above options.
