I am trying to register on your site but I am getting an error message telling me that I am already registered. What do I do?

This means the email address that you are trying to register is already registered on either royalmail.com or postoffice.co.uk. To extend your registration to include Parcelforce Worldwide:

1. Log into parcelforce.com using your e-mail address and password you use on royalmail.com or postoffice.co.uk.

2. In the Welcome message click on the My Profile link and complete your details including your Parcelforce Worldwide account number and corresponding contract number.

I am trying to register but I am getting told my account number and / or contract numbers are invalid. What do I do?

If you have just opened your account with us, please wait 24 to 48 hours before registering on parcelforce.com.

Otherwise, you need to check that you are entering the account and contract numbers which can be found on your Parcelforce Worldwide trading agreement.

The format of your account number will be 3 letters and 6 numbers (e.g. ABC123401).

The format of your contract number will be 1 letter and 6 numbers (e.g. R123456).

If you have multiple contract numbers linked to one account number, you should only register one contract number on the registration page.

I am trying to register but I am getting told that my account has been locked out. What do I do?

Please wait 30 minutes before trying again.

If you have just opened your account with us, please wait 24 to 48 hours before registering on parcelforce.com.

Otherwise, you need to check that you are entering the account and contract numbers which can be found on your Parcelforce Worldwide trading agreement.

The format of your account number will be 3 letters and 6 numbers (e.g. ABC123401).

I am trying to log on but I am told there is a problem with my log in. What do I do?

Please check your email address is correct.

If you are unsure of your password please follow the instructions to either receive your password reminder or to request a new password.These will be sent to your email address.

What operating systems and browsers does your Send now / book a collection application support?

The application has been designed to work with the most common operating systems and browsers. These include the following:

Operating System: Windows 2000 (SP4 or later versions)Windows XP (SP1 or later versions) Windows Vista Windows 7

Apple Mac OSX operating system:Morilla Firefox 1.0 (or later versions)

Browser: Mozilla Firefox 1.0 (or later versions) Internet Explorer 6 (or later versions)

Adobe Acrobat 6 (or later versions)

Active Scripting also needs to be enabled.

I selected to print my own labels but your website did not display the labels. What do I do?

We are sorry that you were unable to do this. The most common reasons for this to happen is a pop up blocker (which needs to be turned off) or an incorrect version of adobe (please use the latest version which can be downloaded free of charge from the adobe website). Please call us on 08448 00 44 66 to rebook your parcel collection and to arrange a refund of your online booking.

I am having trouble using parcelforce.com, what do I do?

For technical or navigational website queries, call 08448 006 205 to speak to an advisor. Our website advisors are available 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public and Bank Holidays. Calls from the UK are charged at national rates. Alternatively, you can email the team.
