Problems registering?

Are you getting an error message about already being registered? – If so, this means you have previously registered on another of the Royal Mail Group sites. To extend your registration to include Parcelforce, just enter the e-mail address and password you use on those sites in the log in boxes at top of the registration page, log on and follow the subsequent online instructions.  If you cannot remember the password for this e-mail address, click on the link in the error message to get a password reminder.

Are you getting an error message about your account number not being recognised? – Are you putting in a valid account number and contract number?  Please check the formats and numbers.  If you have multiple contract numbers associated with one account number, you do not need to enter all contract numbers, just enter one contract number in the box underneath your account number and all inland contract numbers will be registered.

Currently you can only register inland contract numbers for UK collection and delivery
