What are your parcel weight limits?

For sending within the UK, we accept items up to 30kg in weight. There is no limit to the weight of a multi-parcel consignment. Weight limits vary for international destinations. Please visit our Worldwide Directory to find weight limits for all of our destinations.

What are your size limits?

For sending within the UK, the size of each parcel must not exceed 3 metres length and girth (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension. Can I send to PO Box in the UK?

All our UK services require a signature upon delivery.  As such we do not accept items addressed to a PO Box in the UK.

How can I send my parcel?

You can arrange collection of any UK or International express parcel by clicking on ‘Send now’ within the Price Finder. Please make sure you have switched off pop up blockers before clicking on this link. Our globalvalue and globaleconomy and HM forces services are only available from Post Offices.

What items do you not carry?

In common with other major delivery companies, there are certain goods and substances that you cannot send. Please check our guidelines on prohibited goods before you arrange despatch.

What compensation cover do you offer?

Our express9, 10, AM, globalexpress and irelandexpress services  have £200 compensation cover for loss/damage included in the price, whilst express24 and globalpriority have £100, express48 and globalvalue have £50 and HM forces has £20 cover included in the price. With the exception of our non-guaranteed international services, you may claim a full or proportionate refund of the carriage cost if your consignment does not arrive at it’s destination within it’s guaranteed delivery time. Consequential loss is not covered. My item is valuable, can I purchase additional compensation cover for loss or damage?

You can choose to increase compensation cover up to £2500 per consignment for our guaranteed services (except express48 which has maximum total cover of £2450), £450 per parcel for globalvalue and £500 per parcel for HM forces. Our globaleconomy service is not covered by compensation. Consequential loss is not covered.

Do you offer compensation on all items?

How should I pack my items?

It is important that what you are sending is correctly packaged. Failure to do so may result in any claim for damage not being paid.Some guidelines can be found on our Packaging guideline page

Please note we will not accept bicycles that are not fully boxed up. Also, when transporting electrical items – e.g. laptops, DVD players etc – please make sure that they have the original manufacturer’s transport screws properly secured to ensure that element/components do not move
