SENDING WITHIN THE UK

Our UK send by dates download gives details of when to send your parcel to guarantee* delivery before Christmas. Please note that exceptions apply. To find out details of those postcodes with extended delivery times please visit our postcode exceptions page.

There will be a normal Saturday delivery service on the 23rd December and 30th December. Saturday delivery is available for a premium of £12.

Please note that during the week before Christmas and between Christmas and the New Year, same day collections will not be available online or through our call centre. When booking your collection, please allow an extra day for your parcel to reach its destination.

*Guaranteed definition: Proportionate refunds of carriage cost in the event of late delivery in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
