Scheduled Centres

If you have timetabled exams on 3 or more days during any week over the exam period, your centre will have daily scheduled collections.  From your first exam day until 20 November, the driver will visit your centre each day. If your last exam finishes earlier than 20 November and you no longer require daily collections, please tell your driver.

Ad hoc collections

If you have 2 or fewer timetabled exam days every week during the exam series, you will need to arrange your collections. You can do this online by clicking on ‘your collections’ at www.parcelforce.com/education/qcda or by calling the Parcelforce Worldwide Exams Helpdesk on 0844 561 7998.  Collections need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance.  Please do not arrange ad hoc collections through your local Parcelforce Worldwide depot or directly with your driver.
