Have you received one of our delivery cards through your door or a letter from us regarding charges?

Collect from our depot or a local Post Office®
We can keep your parcel safely at our depot for you to pick up at your convenience.
Or you can arrange to collect your item from a local Post Office® branch. There is a charge up to £1 for this service.
You will need to bring your:
- Redelivery card
- Proof of identity
- Proof of delivery address
