I need to cancel a collection I booked

To stop the driver attempting to collect your parcel please phone our call centre on 08448 00 44 66 to cancel. To get a refund for a website booked collection please send an email to webcollections@parcelforce.co.uk, attaching your Worldpay confirmation e-mail.

If you do not have your confirmation e-mail, please email us your parcel number (usually starting PB, WZ, WW or EE), name, collection address, delivery address, date collection booked on website and stating that you need to cancel your collection and require a refund.

I need to change the details of a collection I booked on the website.

Collection details cannot be amended once they are booked via the website.

If you do need to change any details, then you need to cancel the collection by calling 08448 00 44 66 and e-mail, attaching your Worldpay confirmation, webcollections@parcelforce.co.uk to obtain a refund. 

Then rebook with the correct collection details.

The driver did not turn up to collect my parcel as requested

We are sorry the driver was unable to collect your parcel. If you booked the collection on the website, then please send an email to webcollections@parcelforce.co.uk, attaching your Worldpay confirmation e-mail so we can refund you. If you do not have your confirmation e-mail, please email us your parcel number (generally starting PB,WZ,WW or EE), name, collection address, delivery address, date collection booked on website and stating that you need to cancel your collection and require a refund.

If you still need your item collected can you please book again.
