I am having trouble using parcelforce.com, or finding information on it.

For general website queries, call 08456 060406. When calling, please choose the final option to be put through to an advisor. Our website advisors are available 0800-1800 Monday-Friday, excluding UK Public and Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at national rates. Customers calling from outside the UK can contact us on +441226782503. These calls will be charged at international rates dependent on the country you are calling from. I’m trying to register on your site but am getting an error message about already being registered?

This means you have previously registered on another of the Royal Mail Group sites. To extend your registration to include Parcelforce Worldwide, just enter the e-mail address and password you use on those sites in the log in box on our home page, log on and follow the subsequent online instructions.  If you cannot remember the password for this e-mail address, click on the ‘my account’ tab to find a link to request a new password.

I’m trying to register but am getting about account number and /or contract number being incorrect?

Please check the formats of the numbers you are entering.

Account numbers need to be entered in the format ABC123401 - 3 letters then 6 numbers, with the last 2 numbers being 01 or 02 or 03 etc. 

Contract numbers need to be in the format P123456.  Contract numbers can begin with a P or a R or a H and are followed by 6 numbers.  Any suffixes after the 6 numbers should be ignored for registration.

If you have multiple contract numbers associated with one account number, you do not need to enter all contract numbers, just enter one contract number in the box underneath your account number and all inland contract numbers will be registered.

If you have done all the above and your account is very new, it may be worth waiting a day or so as it may not be on all necessary systems for the website.

I’m trying to register but have not got the account lock out message on the screen

If you enter the incorrect account number or contract number more than 3 times your account will be locked out for 30 minutes.  Please try again after that time.

I’m trying to log on but the system will not let me

If you have problems logging on or cannot remember your password, click on the ‘my profile’ tab and select ‘need a new password’. You should then be able to log on.

What operating systems and browsers does your collection application support?

Our collection pages do not work with all operating systems and browsers.

For our collections systems to work correctly you need to have:

Operating System: 

  • Windows 2000 (SP4 or better)
  • Windows XP (SP1 or better)
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows 7

Browser: 

  •  Mozilla Firefox 1.0 (or better)
  • Internet Explorer 6 (or better)

Adobe Acrobat 
Active Scripting also needs to be enabled.

With a Macintosh OSX operating system please use Morilla Firefox 1.0 or better as your browser.

I’m on the Send now page but the collection pages will not open up when I click on ‘send now’

If the collection pages do not open up, then a pop up blocker on your computer is stopping it.  The blocker can be on your browser, any toolbar you may have downloaded or any security software you may be using.  Please set your system to allow pop ups on www.parcelforce.com and www.parcelforce.net.

I selected to print my own labels but the system crashed before I could do this

If you chose to print out your own labels but you were not able to, then the driver will not be able to take your item away.  Please rebook.  This time choose for the driver to bring the label and e-mail your Worldpay confirmation e-mail to our refund team at the e-mail address webcollections@parcelforce.co.uk.

I’m trying to book an international collection but only UK appears in the drop down box.

To send internationally, customers have to choose the option to ‘print out their own labels’ on the first page.  All worldwide destinations will then appear on the address page.
