Will you collect my parcel?

When you book online you can choose whether you want us to collect your parcel from your door, or if it's more convenient, you can select to drop it off off at a local Post Office® branch or one of our depots.

Where will you deliver my parcel to?

We will automatically deliver your parcel to your requested home or business address. If you book and pay online, you can also choose for the recipient to collect it from a local Post Office branch or one of our depots instead of waiting in for a delivery.

What time will the parcel be delivered by?

We will deliver parcels by 5.30pm

Is a signature required?

A signature upon delivery is required for all of our UK services

Can the parcel be left without a signature?

No, we require a signature upon delivery

Do you deliver on a Saturday?

Saturday delivery is available for an extra £7.50 plus VAT per consignment

Can I send fresh produce?

No, we do not accept perishable articles and foodstuffs on the 2 day delivery service. They must be sent using the next day delivery service as a minimum requirement within the UK. Please refer to our Prohibitions and Restrictions for more information
