- Individual parcel limit 30kg but no maximum consignment weight
- Maximum parcel length 1.5m and 3m maximum length and girth combined
- Up to £100 compensation included in price
- Enhanced compensation up to £2500 available for an additional fee
- 50% refund if your parcel is not delivered on or before the stated delivery time or day
- Saturday delivery available for extra £7.50 plus VAT per consignment
- Discounts are available if you pay online and choose to drop your item off at a local Post Office® branch or one of our depots and/or if you choose for your recipient to collect their item from a local Post Office branch or one of our depots
- Parcelforce Worldwide services cannot be used to send items addressed to Post Office boxes in the UK, as a signature upon delivery is required for all our UK services
