Therefore, we are delighted to share that we have been shortlisted for an important award that recognises how much we focus on our customer experience; The ‘Best Customer Experience’ award.
Each year, the Delivery Excellence awards are held during The Delivery Conference in February. These are prestigious awards and we are delighted that we have been shortlisted for our amazing tracking and reporting dashboard.
When we started to create our dashboard we wanted to develop a game-changing, completely customer-centric tool, which was super easy to use. To ensure we got it exactly how our customers wanted it we held a series of detailed customer workshops. Using our customers' feedback we tweaked and adjusted it until we were certain that it was exactly how we and our customers wanted it. Our dashboard has now been developed into a completely unique tool which provides our customers with a single view of all their UK and international parcels in a simple, easy to use format.
The dashboard also empowers our business customers. It allows them to track all their parcels from a single, easy tool, and answer their own customers enquiries instantly – avoiding having to make notes, take details and get back to them. The dashboard also has functions which allow users to run reports and create watch lists.
For many of our valued customers, the dashboard is now completely ingrained into their everyday activities, with many of our customers using it daily. It’s extremely popular too, with most users rating it as ‘excellent’ ‘very good’ or ‘good’.
The award nomination described our dashboard as ‘A fantastic, innovative tool that completely empowers businesses. It’s game changing in the industry and is another great example of Parcelforce’s customer-centric digital strategy.’
