Cross Border Returns
From local postal services to specialist return service providers – we can offer the right solution for the type of item and expected frequency of returns – removing one of the biggest barriers of purchasing goods online.
Our globalpriorityreturn service offers consumers in Germany, France and the Netherlands the opportunity to return unwanted items to UK retailers for free at the point of shipping.
If a consumer wants to return goods, the retailer generates a label from our shipping system and e-mails it to the consumer overseas. They then print out the label, stick it to the parcel and take it to their local post office. Alternatively, if no authorisation process is needed, labels can be included in outbound parcels. We provide end- to-end tracking and a 2-4 day transit time from most locations.
