You can track each parcel and monitor progress as well as build a watch list for any priority parcels. Drill down detail, run reports and export data to excel. Accessible, flexible, easy to use, intuitive and available on all mobile devices.
UK interactive delivery notifications
Help your customers plan their day and put them in control with our start of day 1 hour delivery window message. Customers also have the opportunity to choose a preffered delivery location or alternative day if it isn't convenient. The notification includes the drivers name and a link to My Parcel Live, plus gives recipents a heads up in the event of any delays.
Overseas delivery notifications and interactive options
Giving your overseas customers full visibility of their parcel from order through to delivery putting them in control. Inflight options allows European customers to change their delivery address or arrival day if the arrangements are not convenient.
Keep your customers informed with worldwide email notifications in 11 different languages with status updates including when the parcel leaves the UK, arrives in the destination country and customs updates.

Tracking on the go
Customers get full tracking visibility with our brilliant app and My Parcel Live, showing the drivers name and estimated I hour delivery window. Watch the progress of the parcels journey on the day of delivery on a handy map via My Parcel Live. Our app allows customers to pre-set their delivery preferences to a neighbour, local post office or safe place if they are not going to be at home.
