Behind the scenes, our head office teams offer a wide range of vital support that ensure that Parcelforce Worldwide operates efficiently and effectively.  Teams include:

Human Resources – our people are at the centre of what we do, so good HR practice is a priority for us.  Working at a strategic level, as well as playing a role in coaching our management population, roles exist from HR Business Partners working with our operational teams, through to HR specialists in areas such as training and development and corporate social responsibility. 

Finance – our Finance department manages all financial activities across the business, essential in a market where cost control is key. The goal is to provide an excellent level of management and support to sustain healthy cash flows.  Key roles include revenue protection, planning, performance reporting, risk management, commercial decision support and finance analysis.

Sales and Marketing – our Sales team is responsible for retaining existing clients and bringing in new accounts for the business. They work in close partnership with clients to ensure we meet, and in many cases, exceed their needs by delivering tailored solutions. 

Our Marketing professionals are responsible for promoting, selling, distributing, raising awareness of the products and services we bring to the marketplace. From communications, to advertising, strategy, branding, segmentation and product positioning, as well as coming up with innovative solutions for our clients.
