The Parcelforce Worldwide Account Manager works on site with CPG one day a week and, as well as providing regular opportunity for review, helps resolve any issues as they arise. Direct trailer collections are supplemented with added vehicles at short notice when demand is at its highest and bespoke customer needs taken into account – one CPG customer required different delivery speeds on their parcels which Parcelforce Worldwide was able to accommodate.
