We provide customers with a notification the day before, and on the morning of delivery we provide a one-hour delivery window. We send another notification when we have delivered the parcel, and if we get delayed we let the customer know when they can expect a revised delivery.
And with the new Parcelforce app, your customers can set up their delivery preferences, allowing them to tell us where to deliver their parcel if they're not going to be in.
