Will you come and collect the parcel from me?
Yes we can collect your parcel from you. To arrange this you have several options but the simplest and quickest way to do this is online:
1. If you are a not an account customer you can book online on Send now and arrange for our driver to collect your parcel.
If you are an account customer you can arrange for us to collect from you every day, or whatever fits in best with your requirements. Please contact your Account Manager.

Can I send a parcel abroad?
Yes, you can send a parcel within the UK or Worldwide to 240 countries.

Do you deliver to a PO Box address?
PO Box addresses are not acceptable as delivery addresses for any of the services, unless designated as such in the worldwide directoryBack to top
What are your parcel weight limits?
For sending within the UK, we accept parcels up to 30kg in weight. When sending an order containing several parcels, each parcel must weigh a maximum of 30kg.

What are your parcel size limits?
For sending within the UK, the size of each parcel must not exceed 3 metres length and girth (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension.

Does Parcelforce Worldwide have any other exclusions?

How should I pack my parcel?
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your parcel, we have some guidelines for packing your parcel which can be found on our Packaging guidelines page. It is important that what you are sending is correctly packaged. Failure to do so may result in any claim for damage not being paid.
Please note we will not accept bicycles that are not fully boxed up. Also, when transporting electrical items e.g. laptops, DVD players, please make sure that they have the original manufacturer’s transport screws properly secured to ensure that element/components do not move.Back to top
What compensation cover do you offer?
Although we strive to ensure that your parcel arrives on time, occasionally there may be unexpected difficulties

Except for globalvalue and globaleconomy services, you may claim a full or part refund of the carriage cost if your parcel does not arrive within its guaranteed delivery time. Consequential loss resulting from e.g. delay, loss or damage is not covered.

Non contract customers can choose to increase compensation cover up to:
