Yes we can collect your parcel from you. To arrange this you have several options but the simplest and quickest way to do this is online:
1. If you are a not an account customer you can book online on Send now and arrange for our driver to collect your parcel.
If you are an account customer you can arrange for us to collect from you every day, or whatever fits in best with your requirements. Please contact your Account Manager.
2. You can call us on 08448 00 44 66.

Yes, you can send a parcel within the UK or Worldwide to 240 countries.

PO Box addresses are not acceptable as delivery addresses for any of the services, unless designated as such in the worldwide directory

For sending within the UK, we accept parcels up to 30kg in weight. When sending an order containing several parcels, each parcel must weigh a maximum of 30kg.

For sending within the UK, the size of each parcel must not exceed 3 metres length and girth (measured around its thickest part) combined and 1.5 metres for the greatest dimension.

In common with other major delivery companies there are certain goods and substances that we cannot accept. Please check our prohibitions and restrictions guidelines before you send.
Back to topHow should I pack my parcel?
To ensure the safe and secure delivery of your parcel, we have some guidelines for packing your parcel which can be found on our Packaging guidelines page. It is important that what you are sending is correctly packaged. Failure to do so may result in any claim for damage not being paid.
Please note we will not accept bicycles that are not fully boxed up. Also, when transporting electrical items e.g. laptops, DVD players, please make sure that they have the original manufacturer’s transport screws properly secured to ensure that element/components do not move.
