Yes, please use track and trace to find the current status of your parcel.
Please be aware that there may not be any tracking information for parcels from certain countries until the parcel arrives in the UK.
Back to topMy parcel is in the UK, in transit to another country. Can I track my parcel on Parcelforce Worldwide’s website?
Whilst you may see tracking of the parcel when it is in the UK, it is not possible to see any further tracking on its onward journey.
If you are expecting delivery of the parcel, please contact the sender for further information.
If you are the sender of the parcel, please contact the company with whom you sent the parcel.
Back to topWhat is the estimated time of delivery of my parcel?
Timed deliveries will be by the time of the service chosen.
For all other deliveries, we usually start delivering from 7am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, and from 7am to 2pm on Saturdays. We are currently unable to give specific times.

Deliveries on a Saturday are only made where the sender has chosen and paid for the Saturday delivery service. These deliveries are usually made between 7am and 2pm.
We do not currently deliver on a Sunday.
Back to topMy parcel was sent using the express24 service on a Friday, or the express48 service on a Thursday, will my parcel be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday?
Deliveries on a Saturday are only made where the sender has chosen and paid for the Saturday delivery service. These deliveries are usually made between 7am and 2pm.
However, if the sender has not chosen the Saturday delivery service, then we will deliver your parcel on Monday (except for Bank Holidays / Public Holidays).

Back to topMy parcel tracking results states ‘loaded to delivery vehicle’. Will my parcel be delivered?
The parcel is ready for delivery today. Deliveries can be made until 5.30pm. Please do not contact us before 5.30pm as the driver will still be delivering parcels.
Back to topMy parcel tracking results states ‘loaded to delivery vehicle’ and it is Saturday today. Will my parcel be delivered?
All parcels received in our depot during Friday night and Saturday morning will be loaded to our delivery vehicles, and show this status, whether they are due for delivery on Saturday or Monday.
When the sender has chosen and paid for the Saturday delivery service, we will deliver your parcel today. Deliveries on a Saturday are between 7am and 2pm. However, if the sender has not chosen the Saturday delivery service, then we will deliver your parcel on Monday (except for Bank Holidays / Public Holidays).
Back to topMy parcel tracking results states ‘addressee advised to collect from Post Office’ and the driver left a card. What shall I do now?
To ensure that your parcel has been delivered safely, we need a signature. If this is not possible, then the driver will leave a card with the details of the local Post Office where your parcel is being securely held for you to collect from the next working day.
The address and opening times of the local Post Office can be found by using the Post Office locator.
Back to topMy parcel tracking results states my parcel has been ‘delivered’ but I do not have my parcel. What shall I do now?
To ensure the safe delivery of your parcel, we need a signature to confirm successful delivery. If there is nobody to receive the parcel, the driver will either attempt delivery to a neighbour or take your parcel to be securely held at the local Post Office or depot.
The driver will have left a card stating the location of your parcel. Please follow the instructions left by the driver.
Back to topWhy do the tracking results show my parcel in a different country to the country I sent it to? What do I need to do?
You do not need to do anything.
It is normal practice for parcels to certain countries to be transported through intermediate countries. So that you can see the full progress and know that your parcel is secure, we track your parcel through each of these intermediate countries.
