Inclusive and enhanced compensation cover

Compensation for loss and damage is included in the price up to £2500 per parcel depending on the service and enhanced compensation is also available. Refunds for delay and delivery speed guarantee exceptions

You may claim a refund of the whole or a proportionate part of the delivery charges if your parcel does not arrive at its destination within the specified timeframe. More information around refunds for delay can be found here.
