All parcels entering the Parcelforce network from outside the EU are subject to customs checks.
We work closely with the UK customs agencies and recommend using the parcel tracking page in the first instance to check the latest situation with your parcel(s).
Please be aware that during periods of high volume, customs parcel processing may encounter unavoidable delays. To minimise delays around payment of customs charges and handling fees, please click on the "Pay customs charge" button below and follow the process accordingly.
Missed a parcel delivery?
