What are the last posting dates for Christmas 2020?
Wednesday 23rd December is the last recommended posting date for our next day UK services, and Tuesday 22nd December for our 2 day services. You can see our full list of last posting dates, including those relating to our international services, here.
Will there be post on Christmas Eve?
Christmas Eve falls on a Thursday this year so there will be post that day, and our Parcelforce drivers will be out delivering as usual.
How do I send a Christmas parcel to HM Forces overseas?
Our BFPO service, available exclusively via Post Office branches, allows you to send parcels to HM Forces personnel across the world. Tracking is available up to point of departure from the UK, and there is no additional cost if your parcel needs to be forwarded to a new location. No delivery speed guarantee is available, as time will depend on exact stationing of unit, so make sure you post your Christmas parcels in plenty of time.
Can you post Christmas crackers abroad?
You cannot send Christmas crackers overseas. However, they can be sent within the UK. For our full list of Prohibitions and Restrictions go here.
How can I save money on my Christmas parcels?
- Join Rewards4U for free, and get an instant 15% off all our UK and selected International services, online, in the Post Office, and at our Parcelforce depots. It only takes a few minutes to join.
- Save further by opting to book online and dropping your parcels off to a Post Office or Parcelforce depot.
- Send your parcels sooner, using a slower service, if possible.
Does Santa exist?
Why not check to see whether the snacks you leave out for him on Christmas Eve are eaten. From 1st December you can also track his delivery progress here. To check the progress of your own parcels, why not download the Parcelforce App.
