From drivers and customer services agents to hub operatives and sales advisors, we’re a pretty diverse team at Parcelforce Worldwide. There’s a lot going on behind the scenes that keeps our service ticking over and, without the hard work and dedication of all our staff, we wouldn’t have as many happy customers as we do.

To introduce you to some of the faces behind the brand, we’re posting profiles of employees from across Parcelforce Worldwide. Want to know what funny stories our drivers have, or hear about any brushes with fame in our management team? We’ll be sharing all that and more in our '60 seconds with' interviews.

First up, we have Douglas Faulconbridge, one of our employees at the Parcel Recovery Centre within our Coventry Hub.

As well as winning the prestigious Royal Mail Chairman’s Award for Excellence for Best Colleague in 2014 and National Employee of the Year in 2013, Douglas has done a lot for charity, including leading a fundraising campaign for the Lymphoma Association. He was also awarded the British Empire Medal in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours List 2015 for services to Royal Mail, scouting and the community. He’s recently appeared as an extra in a Royal Shakespeare Company production of King Lear, treading the boards on the legendary stage in Stratford-upon-Avon as one of King Lear’s knights.
