For over 30 years, Parcelforce Worldwide has been trusted by thousands of businesses to support them in the UK and across the globe.

Faced with the new and unprecedented challenges of Covid-19, businesses needed dedicated staff to help them navigate new demands and easy-to-use technology to keep them, and their customers, informed.

Throughout all this, our people have remained at the centre of everything we do. From committed drivers to knowledgeable named Account Managers, the trust Parcelforce Worldwide provide couldn't be achieved without them.

With customer service touch points to provide support and our award-winning dashboard[1] to keep businesses in the loop, every step of the way - there's never been a better time to partner with Parcelforce Worldwide.

Whether it's helping businesses offer more peace of mind across the UK, export to the EU, or grow overseas - we'll take it from here.

Our drivers stay with us, on average, for 9 years. They're experienced and committed. Named Account Managers understand your business, wherever in the world you trade.

To help retailers build trust with their UK customers, we provide a great choice of delivery options. A 1-hour delivery slot helps shoppers plan their day around deliveries whilst comprehensive tracking notifications and new 'photo on delivery' provides peace of mind.

International retailers can benefit from our partnerships with local postal carriers; known and trusted by overseas customers, with a local knowledge to help increase first-time delivery success. There are also email notifications in 11 local languages, including French, German and Chinese, and Inflight delivery options across Europe.

On 1 July 2021, major changes to EU Value Added Tax (VAT) came into effect for businesses selling goods to customers located in the EU. The Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) has been introduced by the EU to enable and simplify the declaration and payment of VAT for distance sales of imported goods - with a value up to €150.

Parcelforce Worldwide are offering a number of solutions to help businesses start, restart, or re-energise their EU exporting.

We've partnered with Deloitte to offer an IOSS assisted solution for retailers who don't want to deal with these changes in-house. Deloitte simply provide them with an IOSS number and manage tax returns for them. Additionally, our Taxamo partnership offers a simple, 'pay-as-you-go' IOSS solution, whilst Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) is perfect for retailers sending items above the value of €150.
