To help retailers build trust with their UK customers, we provide a great choice of delivery options. A 1-hour delivery slot helps shoppers plan their day around deliveries whilst comprehensive tracking notifications and new 'photo on delivery' provides peace of mind.
International retailers can benefit from our partnerships with local postal carriers; known and trusted by overseas customers, with a local knowledge to help increase first-time delivery success. There are also email notifications in 11 local languages, including French, German and Chinese, and Inflight delivery options across Europe.

On 1 July 2021, major changes to EU Value Added Tax (VAT) came into effect for businesses selling goods to customers located in the EU. The Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) has been introduced by the EU to enable and simplify the declaration and payment of VAT for distance sales of imported goods - with a value up to €150.
Parcelforce Worldwide are offering a number of solutions to help businesses start, restart, or re-energise their EU exporting.
We've partnered with Deloitte to offer an IOSS assisted solution for retailers who don't want to deal with these changes in-house. Deloitte simply provide them with an IOSS number and manage tax returns for them. Additionally, our Taxamo partnership offers a simple, 'pay-as-you-go' IOSS solution, whilst Delivery Duties Paid (DDP) is perfect for retailers sending items above the value of €150.
