• Individual parcels can weigh up to 30kg. Check the relevant country information to confirm. Your full consignment of parcels can weigh as much as you wish
• Parcels can be up to 1.5 metres in length and the length and girth combined should not exceed 3 metres. Check the relevant country information to confirm

• We can collect from you the same day, depending on the time of day you book

globalexpress is our fastest international service. Delivery is from 10.30am next working day to the USA, from next day to Europe and from 2 working days to the rest of the world

• Delivery speed is dependent on collection postcode and delivery postcode

• We deliver on working days in the country of destination
• We always obtain an electronic signature. Because of this, we cannot send to PO Box addresses

Compensation

• Delivery day is guaranteed. If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the stated day, we’ll refund 100% of the delivery cost and we also cover you against loss or damage up to £200. Further compensation cover is available
