  • express9 when your parcel has to be there for the start of the day, postcode coverage can be found here
  • express10 if first thing isn’t essential, but you still need a morning delivery and a great value option
  • expressAM when a reliable ‘by noon’ service is a convenient option for both business and residential customers alike

Size and weight

  • Individual parcels can weigh up to 30kg
  • Parcels can be up to 1.5 metres in length and the length and girth combined should not exceed 3 metres. Larger items are welcome on our 2 day large delivery service

Collection options

  • We offer a choice of collection and convenient drop-off locations to meet your needs
  • You can drop your parcel off at 11,500 Post Offices® or 54 depots (up to 7pm) around the UK
  • We can collect your parcel at an agreed time
  • Book on-line or via the phone for ad hoc collections

The delivery

  • We deliver our timed services to the majority of UK destinations; for some remote areas the service is not available or may take a little longer
  • We have the latest state of the art scanning equipment that enables you to monitor the progress of your parcel from collection through to delivery
  • Saturday delivery is available on express9, express10, expressAM, express24 and express48 and express48large services
  • We offer a no signature option, if you are sending perishable or other items that do not require a signature
  • We provide proactive customer service, so that we can keep you updated of the progress of your items right through to delivery
  • For parcels sent on express9, we will automatically redeliver the same day should the recipient not be at home

SMS/email alerts

  • SMS/email notification messages are sent on the day of despatch and the day of delivery to keep your customers updated on their delivery
  • We can also provide an Interactive text message service, to enable your customers to reschedule their delivery to an alternative day (up to 2 days ahead) or opt for a neighbour or Post Office® collection


  • Delivery time is guaranteed. If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the stated time, we’ll refund 100% of the delivery cost and we also cover you against loss or damage up to £200. Further compensation cover is available
