Which devices can our App be used on? 

Our App is available for Apple mobile and tablet devices as well as Android mobile and tablet devices.

Is the App free to use?

Yes – the App is free to download and use.

What can I use your App for?

The primary use of the Parcelforce App is to track parcels. A Parcelforce consignment number is required in order to do this.

What are the advantages of tracking a parcel through your App?

Whether you are the parcel sender or parcel recipient you can still use the App to track a parcel, all you need is the consignment number.

Once the consignment number has been entered, the status of the delivery will be displayed in the App. If the parcel is currently out for delivery then a real time map will show where the driver is with the parcel. Users can view a 1 hour delivery window for the parcel (e.g – 10am-11am) as well as the name of the driver.

This means waiting around all day for a parcel to arrive is now a thing of the past.

What’s new  in the App?

The App update includes the following:

  • New and improved tracking functionality, with the added ability to select a preferred Post Office using a lookup map tool and address option.
  • A section on FAQs is included to cover off some of our most commonly asked questions from recipients.
  • Users can begin their parcel booking journey with a convenient ‘quick quote’ widget embedded within the App.

Why does the app keep crashing / freezing?

One possible reason your app keeps crashing is that your operating system software may be out of date. To check what version your device is using and to install the most up to date operating system for your device please refer to your user manual.

Why doesn’t the app work with older versions of the iOS/Android?

We cannot support multiple older versions of the operating systems, as the up to date versions are released to fix issues and bugs in the existing ones.

How do I know which operating system version my device is using?

On Apple devices, go to Settings> General> About and the iOS is shown next to Version. 
On Android devices, go to Menu> System Settings> About Phone> Software info and the OS is shown under Android Version. 

How do I update my operating system?

If you are using an Apple device running an earlier version of iOS you can update your version by following the ‘How to update the iOS on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch’ on the Apple website. If you are using Android you can update your version by following the ‘Check and update your Android version’ on Google’s website
