Failed delivery

Please note:

• That we deliver Monday to Friday 7am to 5.30pm and Saturday 7am to 2pm. We currently cannot give specific times for deliveries.

• We will attempt to deliver a maximum of 3 times, after which you will need to collect your parcel from the depot.

If we did not deliver your parcel on the day that you requested, please contact the depot holding your parcel, they will then be able to advise you. The telephone number and opening hours of the depot can be found on the depot locator.
