How to pay a customs charge

How can I pay a customs charge?

You can pay customs charges online on our customs payment site, by phone on 03448 004466, or at a local Parcelforce Worldwide depot. You will need your reference number which can be found on the top left of the invoice letter which we will have sent you when your parcel was received into our International hub.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • All major credit and debit cards
  • Cash (depot only)
  • Cheque (depot only)

We do not accept BACs, Paypal or any other payment method not listed above.

I don't have the customs charge letter from Parcelforce Worldwide

If you have lost your customs charge letter, or never received it, please call our customer service team on 0344 800 4466 (calls charged at local rate).

The customs payment website won't accept my reference number

In the event of the payment website not accepting your reference number, please call our customer service team.

You will need to contact HM Revenue and Customs if you have any queries about customs charges which have been levied on your parcel. You can call them on 0300 200 3700. More information can also be found on the website.

Can I pay using my tracking number?

Unfortunately, only the reference number printed on your customs charge letter can be used to make a payment. If you don't have this, please contact our customer service team.

I have paid the customs charge – when will I receive my parcel?

We will normally deliver your parcel the next working day.
