If you have a query regarding the location of your parcel, or you would like to know where it is then you can enter your tracking number on our track & trace page.
Alternatively you can complete the how can we help form, selecting one of the following options in the 'Reason for contact' section: 'Inland UK item' (for a domestic parcel query) or 'Export item' (for an international parcel query). Please include as much information about the parcel as possible so we are able to provide you with the most accurate answer possible.
