UK delivery

Deliveries to UK recipients in UK zones 1-3 are usually made between 7:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, depending on the service selected. A Saturday service is available to the majority of UK destinations for an additional fee of £12. Deliveries are typically between 7.00 am and 1 pm.

International delivery

International deliveries (zones 4 to 12) are made during standard business hours, which may vary from country to country.

Delivery policy

We deliver to an address, not a named individual. When no one is available to accept the item, we will try and deliver the parcel to a neighbour, or to a local Post Office branch, where it will be held for 16 days. A card will be left informing the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the parcel can be collected from. For buildings with multiple occupancy the complete address must contain business name or department details and telephone number to allow a delivery to be completed. Please ensure that the recipient's telephone number is included for both UK and overseas deliveries.

Size and weight restrictions

The maximum size and weight limits for sending items within the UK are as follows:
Maximum weight:      30kg
Maximum length:       1.5 metres
Maximum combined length and girth of 3 metres
There is no maximum multiple-item consignment weight limit for any UK service
