Ad-hoc Collections Request for Firearms shipping services

A new Ad-hoc collection process has been implemented for all customers shipping Firearms and secure products.

Please follow the instructions below to complete and submit the Ad-hoc collection request form, to book an Ad-hoc collection only.

1. Ensure you have first created your label and shipment in Click & Drop before completing the following form and submitting. You will require your Manifest ID number for the collection request below. Click & Drop allows you to manifest multiple times per day.

2. Complete the following Ad-hoc Collection request form and select ‘Submit’.

If you are completing the form after 13:00, you will be unable to request a delivery for tomorrow. The earliest collection day will be the day after tomorrow. There are no collections on Saturday or Sunday.

• The cut-off time for next-day collection requests is 13:00

• Once you have submitted this form, the Firearms Helpdesk will process your request and email to confirm your Ad-hoc collection booking was successfully processed.
