Size and weight

• 3kg maximum weight
• Maximum pack dimensions 40cm in length and 28cm width
• Some destinations have slightly different size / weight limits, please check www.parcelforce.com/countries for full details

Price

• Simple, flat international shipping rates for smaller items
• There is a €5 clearance fee per consignment for europriority^pack to all destinations when using the Delivered Taxes Paid (DTP) Delivery Term
• Our europriority invoice support document, which can be found on your online invoicing portal provides additional guidance around duty and tax charges
• Please note there is a €5000 per item value cap when using our europriority^pack services. If one consignment has multiple items and any of these has a defined price of more than €5000, the whole consignment will be RTS.

Parcel sending options - when sending internationally

• Our online despatch system automatically generates all your export documentation
• Organise a collection from your door, drop off at your local Post Office® or to one of our depots
• When using this service, all items must be sent in a pack. You can choose to use your own pack or our europriority^pack courier pack

The delivery

• Delivery from 2 working days to every business or home address in Europe
• We deliver on working days in the country of destination
• Delivery notifications and inflight delivery options available
• We always obtain an electronic signature

Compensation for shippers

• Delivery is guaranteed. If your parcel doesn’t arrive by the stated day, we’ll refund 25% of the delivery cost and we also cover you automatically against loss or damage up to £100. Further compensation cover is available
