For food that needs to be in your customer’s fridge the next day
When it’s vital that your package arrives with customers first time – trust our new service to deliver by 9am, 10am, noon, or simply next day. The service is designed for transporting fresh meat products, you can be sure that we’re taking the best of care with your products.
What if your customer’s not in?
We’ll do everything we can to deliver first time. If no one’s home, we’ll try a neighbour, then leave it in the safest possible place at their address. And if, for any reason, we can’t deliver, we’ll safely dispose of the waste.
We also let your customer know what’s happening at every stage, with tracking to their front door, and text updates right up to when their fresh food has landed. All of which helps you to build loyalty and encourages customers to buy from you again. And all of this at our standard delivery rates.
Sending fresh meat products?
For safety, you’ll need to make sure you follow these packaging guidelines:
- Vacuum pack the product
- Pack in polystyrene or other leakproof inner first (to stop condensation damaging the outer cardboard box)
- Place in an outer cardboard box
- We’ll provide a label for you to attach stating “Fresh Meat”
Fresh meat can only be delivered on a next day basis (including weekends) and must be able to last for 48 hours in transit.
You’ll need to be an account customer, with a ‘Safeplace’ contract, and be pre-approved to use our perishables delivery service.

From a case of Bordeaux’s finest to a jam-packed wicker hamper, we’ll deliver bulkier, ambient food items up to a 30kgs in weight.
Choose from four options: by 9am, 10am, noon or anytime next day.
All are guaranteed deadlines, with a one-hour delivery window. And if there’s alcohol in the package, we can help to ensure the age restricted items you sell online are delivered to those over the minimum age requirement with our Age Verification service, making sure it arrives in the right hands.

With our next morning parcel delivery service, you can organise collection from the door; drop off the parcel at one of our depots or at your local Post Office.
We can collect from you or a third party the next working day and provide a one-hour collection window.
Individual parcels can weigh up to 30kg.
Up to £200 compensation cover for loss or damage is included for all non perishable items like wine.*
