Sameday delivery

If there is no one available when we try to deliver your sameday parcel we will contact you immediately to find out which of the following you would prefer us to do:

1. Deliver the item to a neighbour and leave a card to let the recipient know
2. Post the item (if small enough) through the recipient’s letterbox. In this instance, we would be unable to obtain a signature, and therefore compensation for any resulting loss or damage would not be payable
3. Return the item to you (sender).
