Refunding a collection charge

To receive a refund on your collection charge you will need to email us and tell us that you need a refund for your collection.

Please provide your Worldpay confirmation information. Or if you do not have the confirmation information, please tell us your parcel number (generally starting with PB, WZ, WW or EE), name, collection address, delivery address and date of collection.
