General Advice
-
In order to ensure a delivery on time, please ensure that your parcel has the full, correct address, an email address in the correct format and a mobile or landline number for the intended recipient. This will help the delivery partner to ensure the parcel is delivered correct first time. This should be clearly marked on the parcel.
-
Cyprus is split into two parts - (Southern) Cyprus (Greek-Cypriot) and Northern Cyprus (Turkish-Cypriot or TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus)) which is a disputed territory.
-
Deliveries to (Southern) Cyprus are as shown above in the Parcel Delivery Information panel, deliveries to TRNC are via Turkey and therefore the above delivery details do not apply. Please visit the Turkey page for delivery speed information.
-
Timescales shown above do not include delays caused by destination country customs processes. Please be aware that customs could add additional time to your parcel delivery.
Deliveries to Northern Cyprus
-
Parcels bound for Northern Cyprus need to be sent via Turkey (ISO code TR) and not via Cyprus as this may probably result in delays or parcels / documents being returned.
-
All parcels bound for Northern Cyprus should have "MERSIN 10" as the postcode and "Turkey" as the country of destination to ensure they reach locations such as Famagusta and Kyrenia.
