Help with registering on our website
If you are getting an error message about already being registered, this means you have previously registered on another of the Royal Mail Group sites. To extend your registration to include Parcelforce, just log into parcelforce.com using your e-mail address and password you use on royalmail.com or postoffice.co.uk and in the Welcome message click on the My Profile link and complete your details including your Parcelforce Worldwide account number and corresponding contract number.
If you are getting an error message about your account number not being recognised, ensure you have inputted a valid account number and contract number. Please ensure you have checked the formats and numbers. If you have multiple contract numbers associated with one account number, you do not need to enter all contract numbers, just enter one contract number in the box underneath your account number and all inland contract numbers will be registered.
